www.wikipedia.comOverall: Wikipedia is not necessarily a visibly attractive website, but it doesn't need to be for the purpose it is meant to serve.
Usability: The site is very easy to use because of the search bar, there isn't much else you would need to use the site for other than searching for information.
Organization: The way that information is dispalyed on each information page makes it easy to find the type of information you're looking for on any given topic.
7.
www.pandora.com (music/radio site)
Overall: The appearance of the site is very high tech which helps it to achieve its new technology goal.
Usability: The site is very easy to use and very personalized for each user.
Organization: Pandora doesn't really involve or need a lot of organization, but the way each artists information is displayed scrolling across the screen is very appealing.
8.
www.stickam.com (video streaming site)
Overall: Like Pandora, Stickam has a very high tech looking site which is visually appealing to someone like me that likes new technology
Usability: The site can be a little confusing to new users. Finding interesting video makers isn't easy to do, but with a little bit of experience the site becomes easier to navigate.
Organization: The first page displays the videos of users that are currently live which is a useful organizational decision.
9.
www.weather.comOverall: This site is visually appealing because of its overall blue color scheme
Usability: The site is easy to use if the only thing you're interested in doing is typing in your zipcode and finding the current weather conditions, anything other than that is a little bit more difficult to locate.
Organization: The organization of the site is good for the amount of content it needs to hold, the best feature is the bar in the top left that allows you to type in your zip code.
10.
www.facebook.comOverall: A lot of people are annoyed with the updates to facebook, but I think the changes made the site better, stronger, and more aesthetically pleasing.
Usability: The new changes to facebook have also made the site easier to use with the tabbed sections along the top that make it very easy to find specific information.
Organization: The main feed on the opening page of facebook has some organizational issues, but otherwise the site is pretty well organized.
